A Mature Christian Leader

Do you strive to grow in your Christian life, but become frustrated when you fail?

As I reflect on my life as a pastor, I have discovered that a mature Godly leader never develops from a formula or reading a book (or books) on leadership. It takes our time and effort to become more like Jesus Christ.

This book is not another spiritual growth formula. It reveals life qualities of mature Christian leaders (men or women) that I have learnt from God’s Word. As you study each chapter and apply what you learn, A Mature Christian Leader will help you grow to become the mature leader God intends you to be.
