About the author
Victoria Beattie is a wife, mother, pastor, and entrepreneur with a deep love for storytelling and faith. Three years ago, at Christmas, she went searching for a children’s book that truly captured the wonder and beauty of the Nativity — but couldn’t find one that felt quite right. Inspired by that moment, she reached out to her friend and artist, Emmy Lawless, and together they created Unto Us. Victoria’s heart is to share the true meaning of Christmas with families and children everywhere — reminding them of the miracle, peace, and joy found in the birth of Jesus.

Emmy Lawless is an American based Australian artist known for her delicate, emotive illustrations. Her artwork — a blend of watercolour, pastel, and digital art — captures the light and joy of the Christmas story, making Unto Us a treasure for generations to come.
