Miranda wanted to rail at her mother, but knew it would be a futile exercise. They’d trudged along this well-worn path before, and Miranda begged Wendy to deal with the regret that haunted her.
The peaceful northern beaches of Sydney belies the bitterness and deep anxiety of the woman in the plush house at Little Manly Beach. A challenge from her daughter leaves her reeling. Wendy’s fear in facing a future without Miranda forces her into a daring new situation. Will she travel over 4,000 kilometres to country Western Australia?
She’s barely even left the house for a decade. Changes are afoot; demands are put upon her. Wendy needs to recognise the truth she has been ignoring once and for all. Book Three in the Plantagenet Trilogy continues to reveal the tales of the much-loved characters from Courtney’s Keys and Seth’s Solace.
About the author:
Sheryl Nostrini lives in Western Australia with her husband, Steve. Her writing journey began later in life with the account of her immigrant parents-in-law in ‘Emilia and the Monument Builder.’ A seed of a story was sown for the Plantagenet Trilogy and Sheryl felt God lead her to write fiction to nurture readers into a deeper relationship with him.
