Brad Sara has spent years working in pastoral care, counselling, and rehabilitation environments, walking alongside men and women facing life-controlling issues, addiction, broken relationships, shame, fear, pride, and self-rule. As a pastor, counsellor, and non-profit leader, his work has been shaped not only by Scripture and ministry experience, but also by personal failure, rebuilding, and long seasons of brokenness.

Married for more than thirty years and a father of five, Brad writes from lived experience rather than distance. Over the course of his life he has experienced significant personal struggles, difficult mistakes, failed business ventures, and seasons where self-reliance and pressure exposed the limits of his own strength. Three failed businesses, leadership pressures, and years of wrestling through disappointment, responsibility, and internal conflict became part of the deeper process that shaped both his faith and his understanding of honesty before God.
