God Is Sad: Earth Is Crying

This story begins many millenniums ago, when life was beautifully formed. An ideal supernatural creation occurred. Today, we share this wonder.

Everything is perfectly connected in the delicate balance of life. Calm and harmony keeps this connection alive. Over six days, God created the universe and life on planet earth.

On the sixth day of creation, God created humans. They were given dominion over sea creatures, birds of the air and land animals. Humans were given responsibility to protect the environment.

From creation to now, earth has suffered. When you damage nature, life becomes broken and distorted. Nature becomes unnatural. In God Is Sad: Earth Is Crying, children’s author Tony Braithwaite looks at how we can care for God’s earth.
