Everything and Everybody Belong Somewhere

On his first day of big school, Theo, a thoughtful boy who sees the world through an autistic lens, carefully packs his dinosaur toys, collector cards, and creamy custard. With his imaginary friend Mike always by his side, he braces for the overwhelming sounds and uncertainties of a new environment. But everything changes when he notices a red-haired boy named Fedir, standing alone and far from home in more ways than one.

Together, Theo and Fedir navigate their differences, challenges, and shared need for kindness and belonging. Through spilled custard, dinosaur facts, and quiet understanding, the two boys form a connection that helps them both feel seen.

A gentle, heartfelt story of friendship, empathy, and the beauty of being different, Everything and Everybody Belong Somewhere reminds readers that everyone deserves a place—and a friend.
