Rev. Graham Edgar and Carol Edgar

About the author

Rev. Graham Edgar L.Th. M.R.E., began life in the suburbs of Adelaide, and intended to become a Patrol Officer in New Guinea, before God interrupted his plans. Carol Edgar lived in a Queensland country town, worked in an accountant’s office and mustered cattle on her parent’s property before she was challenged to study the Bible and prepare to serve the Lord. Graham and Carol met at the Melbourne Bible Institute and pastored churches in South Australia and Queensland, before partnering with Australian Baptists to become cross-cultural workers to the Lahu people of northern Thailand, Burma and China. Here they continued to learn two languages, the customs and culture of the people, and ways to communicate the gospel to illiterate people, all in order to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
